SHIELD Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
- Orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Service team to receive return authorization and instructions.
Condition of Returned Items
- Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
Return Authorization Required
- All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be eligible for credit.
Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
Refunds & Credits
- Refunds or credits will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected. Processing typically occurs within 3-5 business days upon receipt of return.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
- If an order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, customers should notify Customer Service within 5 business days so we can resolve the issue promptly. We’ll make it right for you!
Exclusions
- Custom orders, special production runs, and clearance items may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or a shipment error occurred.
